So we enter into business with defenses up and full of suspicions to any ulterior motives that might come our way. It is hard to believe anything else as you filter through companies and their workers. Nothing gets someone reprimanded more quickly than if they are found standing around. In our eyes there is always work to be done, and a hand of help to be given in order to make every piece of our projects completed faster and more efficiently.
Each of us is intended to live a trustworthy life here at work and otherwise. This points toward being dependable, consistent, and responsible about every aspect we deal with on the job. Working on our punctuality, maintaining tools, completing every job with the same standard of excellence as the first, and finishing each project to the best of our ability.
Each practice and skill we complete is to be done to our best abilities no matter how long the season has been. From the foreman to the seasonal employee we are to see consistent attendance, consistent pace, consistent skill and attention to detail that we pride ourselves in.
